基于回归模型的焦炉煤气脱硫脱氰工艺优化研究

摘要 近年来焦化工业不断发展壮大,同时随着环保要求的日益严格,焦化工业焦炉煤气中的脱硫脱氰技术处理效率的要求也变得越来越高。本文研究利用回归模型对影响工程中脱硫效率的因素进行分析,并对相应的脱硫工艺的脱硫水平进行衡量计算。根据分析结果对三期脱硫装置进行了优化设计,并对建成后的装置进行评价。根据相关评价进一步改进生产方法,根据四期工程中的脱硫工艺自身的优势,实现有机整合,产生了约1256万元/a的经济效益。能够保证在较低成本情况下,实现优良的脱硫效果。 In recent years,the coking industry has been continuously developing and growing.At the same time,with the increasingly strict environmental requirements,the requirements for the efficiency of desulfurization and decyanation technology in coke oven gas in the coking industry have become increasingly high.This article studies the use of regression models to analyze the factors that affect desulfurization efficiency in engineering,and measures and calculates the desulfurization level of the corresponding desulfurization process.Based on the analysis results,the third phase desulfurization device was optimized and designed,and the completed device was evaluated.Based on relevant evaluations,the production methods were further improved,and the advantages of the desulfurization process in the fourth phase of the project were utilized to achieve organic integration,resulting in an economic benefit of approximately 12.56 million yuan/a.It can ensure excellent desulfurization effect at a lower cost.
