粗苯加氢萃取精馏工艺的优化

摘要 为解决传统粗苯加氢萃取精馏工艺在分离阶段能耗较大的问题,在对焦化粗苯精制工艺简单概述的基础上,提出了采用气相进料替换液相进料的优化思路,并通过模拟方式对预蒸馏塔和苯甲苯塔操作参数进行确定,得出了对应气相进料粗苯加氢萃取精馏工艺的最佳操作参数;最后,对优化前后萃取精馏工艺对应各个塔的能耗进行对比,验证了优化的效果。 In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the separation stage of traditional crude benzene hydrogenation extraction distillation process,based on a simple overview of coking crude benzene refining process,an optimization idea of replacing liquid phase feed with gas phase feed was proposed.The operating parameters of the pre-distillation tower and benzene toluene tower were determined through simulation,and the optimal operating parameters of the corresponding gas phase feed crude benzene hydrogenation extraction distillation process were obtained.Finally,a comparison was made between the energy consumption of each tower corresponding to the extraction distillation process before and after optimization,verifying the effectiveness of the optimization.
