煤气萘含量化验结果影响因素及优化措施分析

摘要 为提升我厂焦炉煤气中萘含量测定的准确率,分别在取样温度控制、取样流速控制、运输及储存环节温度控制等影响因素条件下,用苦味酸法测定煤气中萘的含量。通过不同实验因素影响下的对比分析,说明取样过程中各影响因素对萘的测定准确度有很大干扰,并对测定方法进行改进,改进后测定萘含量准确度得到了大幅度提升。 In order to improve the accuracy of the determination of naphthalene content in coke oven gas in our factory,the picric acid method was used to determine the content of naphthalene in gas under various influencing factors such as sampling temperature control,sampling flow rate control,transportation and storage temperature control.Through comparative analysis of different experimental factors,it is shown that each influencing factor during the sampling process has a significant impact on the accuracy of naphthalene determination.The measurement method has been improved,and the accuracy of naphthalene content determination has been greatly improved after the improvement.
