摘要
针对机组运行工况变化过程中,三项污染物瞬时值大幅波动,导致机组经济性降低,甚至发生污染物小时均值超标的问题,为实现对数据变化趋势的监控,充分掌握DCS控制系统特性并克服系统局限性,自行设计了实时小时均值计算逻辑组态算法,实现对三项污染物实时小时均值的监控,通过科技创新加强环保管理工作。
In order to monitor the trend of data changes,fully grasp the characteristics of the DCS control system,and overcome system limitations,a real-time hourly mean calculation logic configuration algorithm was designed to address the significant fluctuations in the instantaneous values of three pollutants during the operation of the unit,leading to a decrease in unit economy and even exceeding the hourly mean value of pollutants,which strengthens environmental management through technological innovation.
