多隔断式牵伸辊内部密封结构设计

摘要 为解决粘胶短纤维用悬臂式牵伸机因密封不良导致锈蚀、磨损、工作异常等问题,介绍粘胶短纤维牵伸机的基本组成及传统牵伸辊内部密封结构,分析生产中辊芯和牵伸轴腐蚀的原因;针对原密封结构的缺陷提出迷宫式、多隔断式牵伸辊内部密封结构,即外部增加防护罩,在防护罩和端盖之间涂抹环氧树脂胶泥,改进密封圈结构,在辐板外端焊接2 mm厚度的904L型超级奥氏体不锈钢板,增加油封和水封等。指出:采用多隔断式牵伸辊内部密封结构,改善牵伸辊密封效果,有效防止酸性液体及气体对辊芯内部的腐蚀,可延长牵伸辊部件的使用寿命;且增加的零件结构简单,便于加工。 In order to solve the problems of rust,wear and abnormal operation caused by poor sealing of the cantilever drafting machine for viscose staple fiber,the basic composition of the drafting machine for viscose staple fiber and the internal sealing structure of the traditional drafting roller are introduced,and the reasons of corrosion of the roller core and drafting shaft in production are analyzed.In view of the defects of the original sealing structure,the internal sealing structure of the labyrinth type and multi-partition type drafting roller is proposed,that is,the outer protective cover is added,the epoxy resin mud is applied between the protective cover and the end cover,the sealing ring structure is improved,the outer end of the radial plate is welded with 2 mm thickness 904L super austenitic stainless steel plate,and the oil seal and water seal are added.It is pointed out that the internal sealing structure of the multi-partition drafting roller improves the sealing effect of the drafting roller,effectively prevents the corrosion of acidic liquid and gas to the inner core of the drafting roller,and prolongs the service life of the drafting roller components.The added parts are simple in structure and easy to process.
