碳纤维立体穿刺预制体成型技术发展现状与思考

摘要 为了推动碳纤维立体穿刺预制体成型技术的发展和应用,从穿刺机的性能优化、穿刺成型材料性能、高温下穿刺成型技术、穿刺成型技术仿真模拟等方面综合分析碳纤维立体穿刺预制体成型技术的研究现状,总结其关键特点和不足;分析碳纤维立体穿刺预制体成型技术在钢针阵列、自动化程度等方面存在的问题,并提出改进建议和思考。指出:碳纤维立体穿刺预制体成型技术可从减少钢针与布层间的相互损伤、提高穿刺效率、深入理论研究、针对异型立体织物的穿刺工艺优化、拓展应用领域等方面着手,加强设计优化和工艺改进,深入探索具体应用场景和改进方法,提高穿刺精度和产品质量。 In order to promote the development and application of carbon fiber stereo puncture prefabrication molding technology,the research status of carbon fiber stereo puncture prefabrication molding technology is comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of performance optimization of puncture machine,properties of puncture molding materials,puncture molding technology at high temperature and simulation of puncture molding technology,and its key characteristics and shortcomings are summarized.The problems existing in steel needle array and automation degree of carbon fiber stereo puncture prefabrication molding technology are analyzed.The improvement suggestions and thoughts of carbon fiber stereo puncture prefabrication molding technology are put forward.It is pointed out that the puncture accuracy and product quality of carbon fiber stereo puncture prefabrication molding technology can be improved by reducing the mutual damage between steel needles and cloth layers,improving puncture effi ciency,deepening theoretical research,optimizing puncture technology for special-shaped stereo fabrics,expanding application fields and so on,the design optimization and process improvement have been strengthened,and the specific application scenarios and improvement methods have been deeply explored.
