Bcl-2、Bcl-xl expression and significance in proliferating skin disease
摘要
bcl-2、bcl-xl是细胞凋亡调控基因,它们的异常表达与肿瘤的发生、耐药关系密切。着重介绍bcl-2、bcl-xl在皮肤良恶性增生性疾病中的表达及意义。虽然在恶性角质形成细胞疾病中多以Bcl-2的高表达为主,而在良性增生性疾病中主要表现为Bcl-xl的表达增强,但并不能以此区别细胞的良恶性增生。
