活性染料代用碱的应用

Application of substitutes alkali for reactive dyes

研究自配代用碱AK-40在活性染料染色过程中的应用性能,对比不同碱剂在染色工艺中的性能。结果表明:代用碱AK-40为3.5 g/L时可以达到20 g/L纯碱染色固色效果,有比较好的pH缓冲能力,色牢度好,染色后容易水洗中和,减少用水量;对比市售代用碱,代用碱AK-40在耐湿摩擦色牢度方面有所提高。

The application properties of homemade substitutes alkali AK-40 bases in the dyeing process of reactive dyes were studied,the properties of different alkali agents in the dyeing process were compared,the results showed that when the substitute alkali AK-40 was 3.5 g/L,it could achieve the dyeing and fixing effect of 20 g/L soda ash.It has better pH buffering capacity,good color fastness,easy washing and neutral⁃ization after dyeing and reduced water consumption.Also,it has improved color fastness to wet rubbing com⁃pared with marketing substitutes alkali.
