This article introduces CCER policy and methodology,project screening and identification,monitoring of forest carbon sequestration,and development of collective forest rights carbon sequestration.It analyzes the issues involved in the development of CCER forestry carbon sequestration projects and proposes several suggestions for the development of forestry carbon sequestration projects.Under the cooperative development of benefit sharing model between forest rights parties and consulting institutions,key indicator assumptions were made,and economic calculations were conducted for forestry carbon sink CCER development projects with different project types,project scales,and sharing ratios.Obtain the benefits of afforestation carbon sequestration and forest management carbon sequestration projects of different scales under the 90%:10%,80%:20%,and 70%:30%sharing ratios for forest ownership and consulting institutions.The project income situation increases with the increase of project scale.The forest rights party and consulting institutions can explore appropriate sharing ratios to cooperate in the development of forestry carbon sinks based on the project scale,quickly and efficiently obtain forestry carbon sink benefits,and achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
