黄河流域甘肃段生态治理的思路建议

Suggestions on Ecological Restoration in Gansu Section of the Yellow River Basin

甘肃是黄河流域重要的水源涵养区和补给区,黄河流域20%的年径流量由甘肃段补给,在黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展中具有极其重要的地位和作用。为切实提升黄河流域甘肃段水源涵养补给能力,研究提出以甘南高原、祁连山东麓、黄土高原区和黄河干流区四大生态空间为重点区域,聚焦黄河“几字弯”攻坚战,围绕增强水源涵养补给能力、提高植被阻土拦沙能力、提高黄河两岸生态建设质量,继续实施好现有重大生态工程,谋划一批重点区域生态工程,并提出了几点具体的治理措施建议。

Gansu is an important water source conservation and supply area in the Yellow River Basin.About 20%of the annual runoff of the Yellow River Basin is supplied by the Gansu section,which plays an important role in ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.In order to effectively enhance the water conservation and supply capacity of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin,it is proposed to take the Gannan Plateau,Eastern Qilian Mountains,Loess Plateau and the Yellow River main stream region as the four key ecological areas,as well as focus on enhancing the water conservation and supply capacity,the vegetation’s ability to block soil and sediment,optimize the water source conservation function,and improving the ecological construction quality on both sides of the Yellow River,to implement existing major ecological projects,plan more key regional ecological projects.Also,specific governance measures and suggestions had been proposed.
