摘要
文章介绍了目前用于增材制造(AM)的铜及铜合金原料粉末的种类及制备方法,总结了国内外铜基零件AM技术的现状。重点阐述了不同AM方法的工艺流程和优缺点,分析了影响零件质量的技术难点和相应的解决方案,并对铜基零件AM技术的发展方向进行了展望。
This paper presents the types and preparation methods of copper and copper alloy powder used in additive manufacturing(AM),and summarizes the present situation of AM technology for copper base parts at home and abroad.This paper focuses on the process flow,advantages and disadvantages of different AM methods,analyzes the technical difficulties affecting the quality of parts and corresponding solutions,and prospects the development direction of AM technology for copper based parts.
