专业化与一体化:中国幼儿教师教育研究的回顾与前瞻

Specialization and Integration:A Review and Prospect of Research on Early Childhood Teacher Educa⁃tion in China

幼儿教师教育是保障幼教事业高质量发展的基础。21世纪以来,关于幼儿教师教育相关研究,主要涉及幼儿教师培养政策、幼儿教师职前教育、职后教育及职前职后一体化培养等方面。通过对这些研究的回顾,可以看出我国幼儿教师教育的发展轨迹、发展成就及存在问题。职前职后一体化贯通式培养是当前取得共识的幼儿教师培养方案,但相关研究和实践还不成熟。政策研究、培养体系和培养层次研究、幼儿教师待遇和职业地位提升研究、幼儿教师教育发展不平衡性研究等方向和领域,是当前研究的薄弱环节,今后须重点加以关注。

Preschool teacher education is the foundation for ensuring the high-quality development of preschool education.Since the 21st century,the research on the education of preschool teachers has mainly involved the training policies,specialization,pre-vocational education,post-service education and integrated training of pre-school teachers.Through the review of these studies,we can see the development trajectory,development achieve-ments and existing problems of preschool teacher education in China.The integrated training of pre-service and post-employment is the current consensus of the preschool teacher training program,but the relevant research and practice are not yet mature.Policy research,training system and training level research,early childhood teachers’treatment and professional status improvement research,early childhood teacher education develop-ment imbalance research and other directions and fields are the weak links of current research,which need to be paid attention to in the future.
