基于“红医精神”的医学影像实训教学思政体系建设研究

医学影像实训教学是培养医学专业学生实践能力和思想道德素质的重要环节。在当前社会,构建基于“红医精神”的医学影像实训教学思政体系不仅是培养医学专业人才的需要,还是推动我国医学事业蓬勃发展的重要举措。该文以弘扬“红医精神”的理念为核心,在教学内容、教学方法等方面进行设计,通过实验室实习和实地观摩、社会实践和志愿服务等形式,为学生提供实践锻炼的机会,并引导学生通过实践体验和思考,增强其对“红医精神”的理解和认同。同时,加强师资队伍培养和教师思政教育能力的提升。最后,建立思政教育平台,为医学影像实训教学提供良好的思想引导和教育资源。以上措施的实施,可以培养出深度理解和践行“红医精神”的医学专业人才,为人民群众的健康服务做出积极贡献。

The practical training teaching of medical imaging is an important part of cultivating the practical abil-ity and ideological and moral quality of medical students.In the current society,building an ideological and politi-cal system for the practical training teaching of medical imaging based on the“Red Doctor Spirit”is not only a need to cultivate medical professionals,but also an important measure to promote the vigorous development of China’s medical industry.Taking the concept of promoting the“Red Doctor Spirit”as the core,this article mainly designs the teaching content and teaching methods.Through laboratory practice,field observations,social practice,and volunteer services,we provide students with opportunities for practical training,and guide them to enhance their understanding and recognition of the“Red Doctor Spirit”through practical experience and think-ing.At the same time,the training of teaching staff and the improvement of teachers’ideological and political edu-cation capabilities.Finally,an ideological and political education platform is established to provide good ideologi-cal guidance and educational resources for the practical training teaching of medical imaging.Through the imple-mentation of the above measures,we can cultivate medical professionals who deeply understand and practice the“Red Doctor Spirit”and make positive contributions to the health services of the people.
