基于OBE理念的大数据与会计专业人才培养路径优化策略分析

Analysis on Optimization Strategies for the Talent Training Path of the Big Data and Accounting Major Based on the OBE Concept

在信息技术不断发展的当下,传统会计工作方式已经不适应当前各大企业的经济发展模式。同时企业对会计人才的要求也不仅限于会计专业能力,而是更趋向于对会计人才综合素养的要求。将OBE理念应用于大数据与会计专业人才培养,要求高等院校以成果为导向,不断优化大数据与会计专业课程体系及人才培养方案,从而培养更加符合社会发展要求的大数据与会计专业人才。基于此,文章简单分析了OBE理念下大数据与会计专业人才培养目标,探讨了当前大数据与会计专业人才培养困境,围绕基于OBE理念的大数据与会计专业人才培养路径提出了几点优化策略。

In the current era of continuous development of information technology,traditional ways of working in accounting are no longer suitable for the current model of economic development of major enterprises.At the same time,enterprises’requirements for accounting talents are not limited to accounting professional abilities,but tend to require comprehensive qualities of accounting talents.Applying the OBE concept to the talent training of the big data and accounting major requires colleges and universities to be results-oriented and continuously optimize the curriculum system and talent training system of the major,so as to cultivate big data and accounting profes-sionals that are more in line with the requirements of social development.Based on this,this paper briefly ana-lyzes the talent training objectives of the big data and accounting major under the OBE concept,discusses the cur-rent dilemma of talent training of the big data and accounting major,and proposes several optimization strategies around the talent training path of the big data and accounting major based on the OBE concept.
