保险学本科专业课程体系构建与课程设置研究

Research on the Curriculum System Construction and Curriculum Setting of the Undergraduate Insur⁃ance Major

该文从学科建设与教育教学、保险实务与资格认证两个角度,通过对现有保险学专业培养计划中保险专业课的课程结构、开课目录、课程先导关系等的分析,结合国内外保险职业资格认证考试中对从业人员的素质、技能要求的分析,给出具有普遍适用性的、可借鉴的保险学本科专业课课程设置目录,有助于完善保险学人才培养体系,为高校制订特色性、创新型人才培养方案提供基础框架。

From the perspectives of discipline construction and substantive area,this paper puts forward a catalog of insurance professional courses with application and reference value.For the scientific research perspective,we analyze the curriculum structure,course catalog and the internal logic of insurance professional courses in the ex-isting insurance professional training programs;for the substantive area perspective,we analyze the quality and skill requirements of practitioners in the domestic and foreign insurance professional qualification certification ex-aminations.The catalog is committed to improving the training system of insurance professionals,providing the ba-sic framework for the development of characteristic and innovative talent training programs for each school.
