摘要
为了制备高荧光强度和稳定性的荧光醋酸纤维素纤维,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,醋酸纤维素为原料,铕、镝掺杂的碱土铝酸锶为荧光粒子,去离子水为凝固浴,通过湿法纺丝制备了荧光醋酸纤维素纤维。采用透反射金相显微镜、电子单纤维强力机、扫描电镜和荧光光谱仪对不同质量分数纺丝液、不同质量分数荧光粒子和凝固浴温度下制备的纤维表面形貌、机械性能、荧光粒子分布和荧光性能进行表征。结果表明:当纺丝液质量分数为20%、荧光粒子质量分数为3%,凝固浴温度为25℃时,通过湿法纺丝制得的荧光纤维断裂强度为4.2 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率可达380%、荧光强度为4.8×105。
In order to prepare fluorescent cellulose acetate fiber with higher fluorescence intensity and stability.N,N-dimethylformamide was used as the solvent,cellulose acetate was used as the raw material,europium-and dysprosium-doped strontium alkaline-earth aluminate were used as the fluorescent molecules,and deionized water were used as the solidification bath,fluorescent cellulose acetate fibers were prepared by wet spinning.The surface morphology,mechanical property,fluorescent particle distribution,and fluorescence property of the fiber prepared at different spinning solution concentrations,fluorescent particle contents and solidification bath temperatures were characterized by using trans reflectance metallurgical microscope,electronic single-fiber compactor,a scanning electron microscope and fluorescence spectrometer.The results showed that the fluorescent fibers produced by wet spinning had breaking strength of 4.2 cN/dtex,breaking elongation of 380%and fluorescence intensity of 4.8×105 when the concentration of spinning solution was 20%,the fluorescent particle mass fraction was 3%,and the solidification bath temperature was 25°C.
