股骨颈固定系统与空心螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折的效果比较

Comparison of Femoral Neck System and Cannulated Cancellous Screw for Femoral Neck Fractures

目的 比较股骨颈固定系统(FNS)与空心螺钉(CCS)治疗股骨颈骨折的效果。方法 对南昌市第一医院2019年1月至2022年6月收治的因股骨颈骨折行手术治疗的77例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中行股骨颈固定系统治疗25例(FNS组),空心螺钉固定治疗52例(CCS组)。比较2组的手术效果。结果 FNS组的手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院费显著高于CCS组(P<0.05),2组术后股骨颈短缩、术后Harris评分、股骨头坏死率、再手术率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 股骨颈固定系统和空心螺钉相比,在治疗股骨颈骨折方面,手术时间更长,手术费用更高,远期疗效无显著差异。

Objective To compare the efficacies of femoral neck system(FNS) and cannulated cancellous screw(CCS) in femoral neck fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 77 patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Nanchang First Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022,including 25 patients treated with FNS and 52 patients treated with CCS.The operative outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the CCS group,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length and hospitalization costs significantly increased in the FNS group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in postoperative femoral neck shortening,Harris score,femoral head necrosis rate and reoperation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion FNS is associated with longer operation time and higher costs than CCS in the treatment of femoral neck fractures.However,there was no significant difference in long-term efficacy between the two fixation methods.
