吴茱萸热敷联合耳穴压豆在泌尿外科腹腔镜术后患者中的应用效果

Application of Evodia Rutaecarpa Hot Compress Combined with Auricular Point Pressing in Patients after Laparoscopic Urological Surgery

目的探讨吴茱萸热敷与耳穴压豆联合应用于泌尿外科腹腔镜术后患者的效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月于南昌大学第一附属医院泌尿外科行腹腔镜手术的170例患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)、吴茱萸热敷组(45例)、耳穴压豆组(40例)及吴茱萸热敷联合耳穴压豆组(联合组,40例)。对照组施行常规腹腔镜手术后护理,吴茱萸热敷组和耳穴压豆组分别在对照组护理方法的基础上应用吴茱萸热敷和耳穴压豆,联合组则在常规护理的基础上联合使用吴茱萸热敷和耳穴压豆。记录比较4组腹腔镜术后的首次肛门排气及排便时间,腹胀及恶心呕吐发生率以及住院时间和费用。结果吴茱萸热敷组、耳穴压豆组及联合组术后首次肛门排气时间均早于对照组,且此3组中联合组效果最优(均P<0.05);联合组术后首次排便时间早于其余3组(均P<0.05),且腹胀及恶心呕吐发生率亦显著低于其余3组(均P<0.05);联合组住院时间与对照组及耳穴压豆组相比明显缩短(P<0.05),且住院费用与其余3组相比也明显降低(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸热敷联合耳穴压豆在泌尿外科腹腔镜术后患者中应用效果良好,可促使其胃肠功能恢复,减少住院时间并节约治疗费用,且操作简便,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress combined with auricular point pressing in patients after laparoscopic urological surgery.Methods A total of 170 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.These patients were randomly divided into groups.The control group only receive routine postoperative care(control group,n=45).Based on routine care,Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress group(n=45),auricular point pressing group(n=40)and combination group(n=40)were given Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress,auricular point pressing and their combination,respectively.The time to first postoperative flatus and defecation,incidence of abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,and length and costs of hospitalization were compared among the four groups.Results Compared with the control group,the time to first postoperative flatus was shortened in other three groups,especially in the combination group(P<0.05).Compared with the other three groups,the time to first postoperative defecation,incidence of abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,and hospitalization costs were reduced in the combination group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the combination group was shorter than that in the control group and the auricular point pressing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress combined with auricular point pressing is a simple,safe and effective treatment that can promote gastrointestinal function recovery,shorten hospitalization time and reduce medical expenses in patients after laparoscopic urological surgery.
