摘要
柳钢120万吨/年链篦机-回转窑球团(简称“120球团”)生产原料主要为国外精粉,受市场环境影响,原料采购品种不一,原料性质不稳定,对生球质量产生较大影响,为了摸清不同原料结构下生球基础性能,找准生产过程工艺参数调整规律,取生产生球进行爆裂温度试验、预热试验及焙烧试验,同时取生产干球进行抗压强度测试。结果表明:澳一钢精粉球团矿生产的主流原料其生球干燥预热效果较好;瑞典精粉对生球落下强度有利,可促进膨润土配比降低,但不利于窑内气氛的控制;伊朗精粉制备的生球干燥效果较差,且需要较高的膨润土配比;干球抗压强度试验表明生球在120球团链篦机中干燥预热未完全,需要适当降低链篦机料层厚度同时提高机速。
Green pellet performance is one of the most critical factors in the pellet production process,which directly affects the pellet quality,process and environmental protection indicators in the pellet production process.The raw materials for the production of 1.2 million tons/a grate-kiln pellets(hereinafter referred to as“120 pellet”)at Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.are mainly foreign refined powders.Due to the impact of the market environment,the variety of raw materials purchased is different,and the nature of raw materials is unstable,which has a great impact on the quality of green pellets.In order to find out the basic performance of produced pellets with different raw material structures and the regulation of process parameters in the production process,green pellets were taken for burst temperature test,preheating test and roasting test.At the same time,the production dry pellets were taken to test the compressive strength.The results showed that the main raw materials produced by Aoyi Steel Fine Pellets had better drying and preheating effect;Sweden fine powder is beneficial to the falling strength of green pellets and can lower the bentonite ratio,but it is not conducive to the control of atmosphere in the kiln;The drying effect of green pellets prepared by Iran refined powder is poor,and a higher bentonite ratio is needed;The dry ball compressive strength test showed that the green ball was not completely dried and preheated in the 120 pellet grate,so it was necessary to reduce the grate material layer thickness and increase the grate speed.
