射频消融治疗早期乳腺癌的研究进展

摘要 随着乳腺影像诊断技术的发展和乳腺癌早期筛查工作的展开,早期乳腺癌的检出率明显提高。微创治疗是目前治疗绝大多数恶性肿瘤的趋势。射频消融因具有侵入性小、并发症少及具有潜在美容优势等优点,成为早期乳腺肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一。本文检索关于早期乳腺癌射频消融术的相关文献,对射频消融术的工作原理、有效性、安全性及适应证争议等相关研究作一简介。 With the development of breast imaging diagnostic technology and early breast cancer screening,there has been a significant increase in the detection rate of early breast cancer.Minimally invasive treatment is the mainstream in the treatment of most malignant tumors.Radiofrequency ablation has become one of the important methods for the treatment of early breast tumors due to its advantages of less invasiveness,fewer complications and potential cosmetic advantages.In this article,we reviewed the related literature on radiofrequency ablation for early breast cancer,and discussed about the working principle,effectiveness,safety and indications of RFA.
