生物质炭在铁合金领域应用的可行性和研究进展

摘要 生物质作为一种可再生绿色能源,经过热解获得的生物质炭具有“碳中和”特性,是铁合金行业替代化石炭质还原剂的研究热点和重点。首先概述了生物质炭在铁合金冶炼中使用的必要性和可行性,重点阐述了生物质炭制备过程的关键问题,包括生物质的种类差异、预处理方法、热解过程控制和后处理过程选择等。探讨了如何根据生物质炭的使用要求,选择合适的生物质原料和相应的制备流程进行定制化生产。最后总结了生物质炭的使用历史及其在冶炼硅和硅铁中的实际应用情况,为生物质炭在其他铁合金、乃至整个冶金行业的使用推广提供理论和实践依据。 As a kind of renewable green energy,biomass is considered as an inexhaustible resource.Biochar obtained from biomass pyrolysis has the characteristics of carbon neutral,which is the research focus of replacing fossil carbonaceous reductant in ferroalloy industry.In this paper,firstly,the necessity and feasibility of using biochar in ferroalloy are summarized,and the key issues in the preparation process of biochar are emphatically described,including the difference of biomass types,pretreatment methods,control of pyrolysis process and post-treatment process selection.Then,how to select suitable biomass raw materials and corresponding preparation process for customized production according to the requirements of biochar is discussed.Finally,the application history and practical application in smelting silicon and ferrosilicon of biochar are summarized,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the application and promotion of biomass carbon in other ferroalloys and even the entire metallurgical industry.
