摘要
为了研究多种再生骨料不同的取代率,对于所制备混凝土的力学性能影响,采用试验研究的方法进行。设计四种不同的取代率(0、30%、60%、100%),测定绿色混凝土不同龄期的力学强度值。结果表明:随着再生骨料取代率不断增加,对于C40和C50绿色混凝土不同龄期的立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度值,其变化规律基本是一致的,均是呈减小趋势,但都能达到强度等级要求。而其劈裂抗拉强度较小,但变化规律基本相同,也是呈减小趋势。取代率100%且28d时,对于C40和C50混凝土,其立方体抗压强度分别为46.4 MPa和51.6 MPa,轴心抗压强度分别为36.7 MPa和39.4 MPa,劈裂抗拉强度分别为2.5 MPa和3.4 MPa。
In order to study the effects of different replacement rates of recycled aggregate on the mechanical properties of the prepared concrete,experimental research was carried out.Four different substitution rates(0,30%,60%,100%)were designed to determine the mechanical strength of green concrete at different ages.The results show that with the continuous increase of the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the change law of cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of C40 and C50 green concrete at different ages is basically the same,both of which show a decreasing trend,but can meet the strength grade requirements.While its splitting tensile strength is small,but the change law is basically the same,also shows a decreasing trend.For C40 and C50 concrete,the cubic compressive strength is 46.4 MPa and 51.6 MPa,the axial compressive strength is 36.7 MPa and 39.4 MPa,and the splitting tensile strength is 2.5 MPa and 3.4 MPa,respectively,when the substitution rate is 100%and 28 d.
