柱帽无梁楼盖在覆土施工阶段下的有限元分析

摘要 为研究柱帽无梁楼盖的抗垮塌能力,以某实际工程为研究对象,探讨在跨中位置下,覆土及施工机械荷载对无梁楼盖产生的影响。计算四种工况下的车辆轮压和扩散尺寸,利用有限元分析软件建立无梁楼盖模型进行非线性分析,分析四种工况下柱帽无梁楼盖的应力、位移和损伤云图。计算结果显示,在0.5m、1m、1.5m和2m四种覆土厚度下,伴随覆土厚度增大,应力、挠度和裂缝也在增大但非线性,并提出四种覆土厚度下车辆等效均布荷载的取值建议。 In order to study the collapse resistance of beamless floor with column cap,the influence of soil cover and construction machinery load on beamless floor under mid-span is discussed.The vehicle wheel pressure and diffusion dimensions under four working conditions are calculated,and the beamless floor model is established by finite element analysis software for nonlinear analysis.The stress,displacement and damage cloud map of the beamless floor under four working conditions are analyzed.The calculation results show that the stress,deflection and crack are also increasing but nonlinear with the increase of the thickness of soil cover of 0.5m,1m,1.5m and 2m,and the value of the equivalent uniform load of vehicles under the four thickness of soil cover is proposed.
