空气压缩机润滑系统建模及试验分析

摘要 根据空气压缩机供油润滑系统的特性,从能量守恒和质量守恒基本方程出发,建立了空气压缩机润滑系统数学模型。通过对该模型的分析可知,在润滑油管路中加装节流装置可实现对空压机润滑系统油压的增加。试验结果表明该理论模型是合理的,该模型及分析结论对空压机润滑系统的优化设计具有一定的指导意义。 According to the characteristics of air compressor lubricating system,the mathematical model of air compressor lubricating system was established based on the basic equations of energy conservation and mass conservation.Through the analysis of the model,it can be seen that installing throttling device in lubricating oil pipeline can increase the oil pressure of the lubricating system of the air compressor.The test results show that the theoretical model is reasonable,and the model and the analysis conclusion have certain guiding significance for the optimization design of the air compressor lubricating system.
