摘要
当天然气管道输送的气体流速过快时,常规的清管器、检测器在管道内进行清管和内检测时可能出现清污效果差、采集缺陷的信号不佳等问题,文中提出搭载泄流装置进行调速的方法。以Φ610泄流调速清管器为例,介绍了泄流装置的结构和工作原理,分析了泄流时清管器的受力情况和运行速度,利用有限元方法分析了泄流孔面积变化、清管器运行速度变化对清管器前后端压强差的影响,结合牵拉试验和厚壁孔模型确定的泄流孔局部阻力系数,可确定泄流后清管器的运行速度。利用建立的方程计算出泄流后清管器运行速度与在工业现场的实际运行速度接近,证明了计算方法的可靠性。
When the gas flow rate of natural gas pipeline is too fast,the conventional pig and detector may have some problems such as poor cleaning effect,poor signal of collecting defects,etc,in this paper,a method of speed regulation with discharge device was proposed.TakingΦ610 discharge speed regulating pig as an example,the structure and working principle of the discharge device were introduced.The stress and running speed of the pig during discharge were analyzed.The influence of the change of the area of the discharge hole and the change of the pigs running speed on the pressure difference between the front and rear end of the pig was analyzed by using the finite element method,the running speed of the pig after discharge can be determined by combining the local resistance coefficient value of the discharge hole determined by the thick-wall hole model and the pull test.By using the established equation,the running speed of the pig after discharge is close to the actual running speed in the industrial field,which proves the reliability of the calculation method.
