铁皮石斛和紫皮石斛破壁粉工艺对醇溶性浸出物影响的初步研究

摘要 铁皮石斛和紫皮石斛破壁粉工艺对醇溶性浸出物影响的初步研究。使用振动式细胞级粉碎机对铁皮石斛和紫皮石斛进行破壁粉碎,通过分析铁皮石斛和紫皮石斛水分、粉碎时间、粉碎温度等参数探究该工艺对铁皮石斛醇溶性浸出物的影响。铁皮石斛水分、粉碎温度、粉碎时间工艺参数对醇溶性浸出物的影响显著,影响程度由大到小为:B(粉碎时间)>C(粉碎温度)>A(水分)。在水分为6%,粉碎时间为50 min,粉碎温度为-15℃时醇溶性浸出物效果最佳为9.95%。紫皮石斛的水分、粉碎时间工艺参数对醇溶性浸出物的影响显著,而粉碎温度影响较小,影响程度由大到小为:A(水分)>B(粉碎时间)>C(粉碎温度)。在水分为4%,粉碎时间为50 min,粉碎温度为-15℃条件下,醇溶性浸出物效果最佳为6.47%。醇溶性浸出物会随铁皮石斛和紫皮石斛破壁粉的粉碎程度而变化,可作为研究铁皮石斛和紫皮石斛破壁粉工艺研究的检测性指标和关键质量参数,同时也可以作为区分鉴别紫皮石斛和铁皮石斛的一个参数指标。 This article conducts preliminary study on the effect of wall breaking powder technology on alcohol-soluble extracts of Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium devonianum.Using a vibrating cell level pulverizer to break the walls of Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium devonianum,the effect of this process on the alcohol-soluble extract of Dendrobium officinale is explored by analyzing the parameters such as water content,pulverization time,and pulverization temperature of Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium devonianum.Water content,crushing temperature and crushing time of Dendrobium officinale have significant effects on the alcohol-soluble extracts,and the influencing degree is as follows:B(crushing time)>C(crushing temperature)>A(water content).The optimal effect of alcoholsoluble extract is 9.95%when the moisture content is 6%,while the crushing time is 50 minutes,and the crushing temperature is-15℃.The influence of water content and grinding time on the alcohol-soluble extracts is significant,while the influence of grinding temperature is small.The influence degree is as follows:A(water content)>B(crushing time)>C(crushing temperature).Under the conditions of 4%water content,50 minutes crushing time,and-15℃crushing temperature,the optimal effect of alcohol soluble extract is 6.47%.Alcohol-soluble extract will change with the crushing degree of Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium devonianum wall powder,which can be used as the detection index and key quality parameters for the study of Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium devonianum wall powder,as well as a parameter index to distinguish them.
