论“三个务必”对加强思政课教师师德建设的重要意义

“三个务必”是基于党情国情世情发展变化作出的重大论断,思政课教师尤其要做到遵循“三个务必”的要求,落实立德树人根本任务。即用“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”引领思政课教师坚持马克思主义指导地位不动摇、牢固树立中国特色社会主义理想信念、坚定实现中华民族伟大复兴的信心,以筑牢思想之基;用“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”涵育思政课教师以德立身、以德立学、以德施教,以提升高尚的道德品质;用“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”激励思政课教师坚定斗争意识、发扬斗争精神、增强斗争本领,积极投身到中华民族伟大复兴的实践中去。

“Three musts”is an important judgment based on the development and change of our party,country and world situation.Teachers of ideological and political courses should especially follow the requirements of“three musts”and carry out the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivation.That is to say,with the principle of“be sure not to forget the original intention and remember the mission”to guide the teachers of ideological and political courses to adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,firmly establish the ideal and belief of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and firmly strengthen the confidence in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,so as to build a solid ideological foundation.With the principle of“be modest and prudent,work hard”,the teachers of ideological and political courses are taught to establish themselves by virtue,learn by virtue,and teach by virtue,so as to enhance the noble moral character.With“be dare to struggle,be good at struggle”to encourage teachers of ideological and political course to strengthen the struggle consciousness,carry forward the struggle spirit,enhance the struggle ability,and actively participate in the practice of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
