无机抗菌剂在塑料应用面可量产化技术研究

摘要 以载银玻璃为抗菌剂,以活化轻质碳酸钙为分散剂,密胺树脂为载体树脂,通过压制成型工艺分别在180、200、210℃下制备了抗菌轻钙密胺复合材料,并对它们进行扫描电镜(SEM)、力学性能测试、甲醛迁移量测定及三聚氰胺迁移量测定等表征,进一步优化抗菌轻钙密胺复合材料的压制工艺,并评估其作为食品接触容器的安全性。实验结果表明,200℃压制得到的抗菌轻钙密胺复合材料各方面性能更优,树脂在210℃压制温度时发生了大分子链间的交联键断裂,制品符合食品接触容器的安全性要求。 Using Ag-carrying glass as antibacterial agent,activated light calcium carbonates as dispersant,and melamine resin as carrier resin,antibacterial light calcium melamine composites were compression molded at 180,200 and 210℃,respectively.The pressed products were carried out by scanning electron microscope(SEM),mechanical property test,formaldehyde migration determination and melamine migration determination to further optimize stamping process of antibacterial light calcium melamine composites,and evaluate its safety as a food contact container.These results indicate that the antibacterial light calcium melamine composite obtained by compression molding at 200℃has better performance in all aspects.The crosslink bond between macromolecular chains is cracked when the melamine resin is compression molded at 210℃,and the product could meet the safety requirements of food contact containers.
