考虑需求侧响应的综合能源系统低碳经济调度方法研究

摘要 综合能源系统是实现园区低碳运行的有效途径,为了深入挖掘用户需求侧的可调节潜能,提出考虑需求侧响应的综合能源系统低碳经济调度方法。通过利用多能负荷的响应特性建立了基于价格型弹性矩阵的需求侧响应模型;考虑到CCHP机组和燃气锅炉的实际碳排放量,采用基准线法无偿配置碳排放配额,并建立市场化碳交易机制;将上网购能成本、设备运维成本和环境成本作为多目标适应度,在考虑运行机组的等式和不等式条件约束下,构建考虑需求侧响应的综合能源系统低碳优化调度模型,并使用CPLEX求解器求解。同时对所提出的模型进行多场景分析,仿真结果表明,调整需求侧用能价格可以有效降低综合能源系统运行的经济成本,而合理应用碳交易机制有助于平衡综合能源系统的经济性和环保性,进一步实现园区系统的低碳协同发展。 The IES is an effective way to achieve low-carbon operation in the industrial park.In order to further tap into its adjustable potential on the demand side,a research method for optimizing the scheduling of the comprehensive energy system considering demand response has been proposed.A price based demand side response model based on price elasticity matrix is established by considering the response characteristics of multi energy loads;The baseline method is used to allocate carbon emission quotas for the system free of charge,and the actual carbon emissions of CCHP units and gas boilers are considered to build a carbon emission trading mechanism for the integrated energy system;Taking the minimum sum of energy purchase cost,carbon emission trading cost and operation and maintenance cost as the objective function,a low-carbon optimal scheduling model of the IES is established.The objective function of the proposed model is solved by using the CPLEX solver.At the same time,multi scenario analysis was conducted on the proposed model,and simulation results showed that,reasonable allocation of price based demand response,which is conducive to improving the economy of system operation,and establishing a reasonable carbon emission trading price,can achieve the coordinated development of system economy and low-carbon.
