摘要
文中针对柔性温度传感器的测量精度受含水率影响较大的问题,提出一种带有含水率补偿模型的柔性温度传感器设计方案。首先,以石墨烯为导热填料,以聚乙烯醇和丙烯酰胺为基体制备了柔性温度传感器。其次,根据多组含水率条件下柔性温度传感器的实测数据,采用一种改进鹰栖息优化BP神经网络模型对含水率变化引起的误差进行补偿,以提高传感器测量精度。最后,基于STM32单片机及LabVIEW给出测量系统的设计方案,并对整个系统进行调试。结果表明:所提方案可以较显著地降低柔性温度传感器的测量误差,具有准确、可靠、可持续监控等优点。
Aiming at the problem that the measurement accuracy of flexible temperature sensor is greatly affected by water content,this paper proposed a design scheme of flexible temperature sensor with water content compensation model.Firstly,a flex-ible temperature sensor was prepared by using graphene as thermal conductive filler and polyvinyl alcohol and acrylamide as ma-trix.Secondly,according to the measured data of the flexible temperature sensor under multiple water content conditions,an im-proved eagle habitat optimization BP neural network model was used to compensate the error caused by the change of water con-tent,so as to improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor.Finally,the design and implementation of the measurement system based on STM32 microcontroller and LabVIEW were given,and the whole system was debugged.The results show that the pro-posed scheme can significantly reduce the measurement error of the flexible temperature sensor,and has the advantages of accu-rate,reliable and sustainable monitoring.
