摘要
针对低频射频识别技术在工业互联网标识解析应用中存在的安全防护弱问题,从数据存储、数据输出、数据传输和数据认证方面进行高安全研究,提出了efuse物理双断电路结构、非对称编码输出电路、密文标识编码和随机数安全认证等高安全设计,建立了低频芯片、低频标识、手持终端和工业互联网节点等全流程低频射频识别技术的高安全架构,并设计了面向工业互联网的配电电缆及通道数字化管理系统,实现了低频射频识别技术在工业互联网标识解析中应用的高安全性。
Aiming at the weak security protection problem of low-frequency radio frequency identification technology in the application of industrial internet identification resolution,the high-security research was carried out from the aspects of data stor-age,data output,data transmission and data authentication.The high-security design of efuse physical double-break circuit struc-ture,asymmetric coding output circuit,ciphertext identification coding and random number security authentication was proposed.A high-security architecture of low-frequency RFID technology in the whole process of low-frequency chips,low-frequency identifica-tion,handset terminals and industrial internet nodes was established.And the distribution cable and channel digital management system for industrial internet were designed which realized the high security of low-frequency radio frequency identification tech-nology in the identification resolution of the industrial internet.
