美金刚片联合胞磷胆碱注射液对阿尔兹海默症神经功能和炎性因子的影响

Effect of memantine tablets coMAIned with cytococholine injection on neurologic function and inflammatory factors in Alzheimer’s disease

目的分析盐酸美金刚片联合胞磷胆碱注射液对阿尔兹海默症神经功能、炎性因子的影响。方法选择2019年9月~2021年9月浙江省温州医科大学附属康宁医院接收的80例阿尔兹海默症患者,按随机抽签法分为美金刚片组26例,胞磷胆碱组27例,联合治疗组27例。美金刚片组给予盐酸美金刚片,胞磷胆碱组给予胞磷胆碱注射液,联合治疗组给予盐酸美金刚片联合胞磷胆碱注射液。采用神经精神症状评分量表(NPI)、改良巴氏指数评定量表(MAI)、简易神经状态检查量表(MMSE)对两组精神状态、日常生活能力、神经功能进行评定;对两组氧化应激反应、炎性因子和不良反应进行评估。结果治疗后,与美金刚片组比较,胞磷胆碱组和联合治疗组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、MMSE评分、MAI评分水平升高,且联合治疗组GSH-Px、MMSE评分、MAI评分水平最高(P<0.05);与美金刚片组比较,胞磷胆碱组和联合治疗组NPI评分、丙二醛(MDA)、IL-1β、IFN-γ、IL-6水平降低,联合治疗组MDA、NPI评分、IL-1β、IFN-γ、IL-6水平最低(P<0.05);与美金刚片组比较,胞磷胆碱组、联合治疗组的不良反应情况降低(P<0.05);与胞磷胆碱组比较,联合治疗组的不良反应情况降低(P<0.05)。结论盐酸美金刚片联合胞磷胆碱注射液治疗阿尔兹海默症能改善患者的氧化应激反应,降低体内炎症因子,提高日常生活能力及精神状态,提高患者神经功能,减少不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effects of memantine Hydrochloride tablets coMAIned with cytocholine injection on neurological function and inflammatory factors in Alzheimer’s patients.Methods 80 Alzheimer’s patients admitted in Zhejiang Kangning Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were divided into 26 patients in the memantine film group,27 patients in the cyticoline group and 27 patients in the coMAIned treatment group.Memantine group was given memantine hydrochloride tablets,cytocholine injection,and coMAIned treatment group with cytocholine injection.Neuropsychiatric symptoms rating scale(NPI),modified Pap Index rating Scale(MAI),and Simple Neurological Status Examination Scale(MMSE)assessed mental status,daily living ability,and oxidative stress response,inflammatory factors,and ADverse effects.Results post-treatment,compared to the memantine film group,Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),MMSE score,MAI score were increased in cyticoline and coMAInation treatment groups,GSH-Px,MMSE score and MAI score were the highest group(P<0.05);compared to the memantine film group,NPI score,malondialdehyde(MDA),IL-1β、IFN-γ、IL-6 levels were decreased in the cytocholine and co-treatment groups,The MDA、NPI、IL-1β、IFN-γ and IL-6 level was the lowest(P<0.05);compared to the memantine film group,ADverse reactions decreased in cytocholine group and coMAInation treatment group(P<0.05);In contrast to the cytocholine group,ADverse effects were reduced in the coMAInation treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Memantine Hydrochloride tablet coMAIned with cytococholine injection treatment,can improve the oxidative stress response and mental state of patients,reduce the inflammatory factors in the body,and improve the daily living ability and neurological function.
