数字经济对农民工就业质量的影响机制分析

Analysis of the Influence Mechanism of Digital Economy on the Employment Quality of Migrant Workers

本文在系统梳理数字经济对劳动力市场作用机制基础上,采用2020年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据和全国25个省(市、自治区)数据进行匹配,以探究数字经济发展对农民工就业质量的影响。研究发现,数字经济能显著提升农民工就业质量,具体表现为减少劳动时间、改善福利保障和提高工作满意度,但对其工资收入和工作稳定性呈负向影响。进一步分析表明,数字经济可通过推动产业结构高级化和提升信息获取便利度赋能农民工高质量就业,且该作用存在行业异质性。据此建议,优化数字经济平台,完善薪酬保障和支付体系;注重数字技术推广,建立就业信息平台;推动公平就业机会和福利保障,促进行业间协同发展。

On the basis of systematically sorting out the mechanism of the digital economy on the labor market,this paper uses the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2020 and the data of 25 provinces in China to match,so as to explore the impact of the development of digital economy on the employment quality of migrant workers.It is found that the digital economy can significantly improve the employment quality of migrant workers,including reducing working hours,improving welfare security and improving job satisfaction,but it has a negative impact on their wages and job stability.Further analysis shows that the digital economy can enable migrant workers to obtain high-quality employment by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and improving the convenience of information access,and there is industry heterogeneity in this role.According to the suggestion,optimize the digital economy platform,improve the salary protection and payment system;Pay attention to the promotion of digital technology and establish an employment information platform;Promote fair employment opportunities and welfare protection,and promote coordinated development among industries.
