政府引领下信用环境优化与经济发展质量研究

Research on the Optimization of Credit Environment and the Quality of Economic Development under the Guidance of Government

本文以我国278个地级及以上城市为研究样本,研究了政府引领社会信用体系建设对信用环境及经济发展质量的影响。研究结果表明:地方政府引领社会信用体系建设对经济发展质量有直接的正向影响;同时,在政府引领下,地方商业信用环境得以优化。研究还发现,在社会信用体系建设中,政府积极发挥示范引领作用时,商业信用环境对经济发展质量的正向影响能力会增强。本研究为完善社会信用体系建设促进经济高质量发展提供了经验证据。

The paper takes 278 Chinese cities at or above the prefecture level as a sample to study the impact of government guidance on credit environment and the quality of economic development when it guides the building of a social credit system.The results show that the building of the social credit system led by local government has a direct positive impact on the quality of economic development.At the same time,under the guidance of the government,the local business credit environment has been optimized.The study also finds that in the building of the social credit system,when the government actively plays a demonstration and leading role,the positive influence of the business credit environment on the quality of economic development will be enhanced.This study provides empirical evidence for improving the building of the social credit system to promote the high-quality economic development.
