Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系低膨胀釉的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用生料釉工艺,引入透锂长石来制备Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系低膨胀釉。通过热膨胀系数测定、XRD和SEM等测试分析对试样进行性能测试和表征。研究结果表明:随着透锂长石含量增多,SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O摩尔比减小,釉层中γ-锂辉石含量增多并逐渐转化为β-锂辉石,釉层热膨胀系数降低;当SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O摩尔比为22.9~12.1时,釉层主晶相为γ-锂辉石、锆英石,而石英和莫来石晶相随着SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O摩尔比减小则逐渐降低直至消失;当SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O摩尔比小于12.1时,釉层开始由γ-锂辉石部分转化为更为稳定的β-锂辉石晶相直至完全转化。 Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) low expansion glazes were prepared by using the raw glaze technology with the introduction of Petalite.The properties of the samples were tested and characterized by the thermal expansion coefficient,XRD and SEM.The results show that with the increase of the content of Li_(2)O,the mole ratio of SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O decreases,the content ofγ-spodumene in the glaze increases and gradually transforms intoβ-spodumene,and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the glaze decreases.When the molar ratio of SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O is 22.9~12.1,the main crystalline phases of the glaze layer areγ-spodumene and zircon,while the crystalline phases of quartz and mullite gradually decrease and disappear with the decreasing molar ratio of SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O.When the molar ratio of SiO_(2)/Li_(2)O is less than 12.1,the glaze layer begins to transform fromγ-spodumene to a more stableβ-spodumene crystal phase until it is completely transformed.
