变截面薄壁空心墩关键施工技术研究

摘要 随着交通工程的飞速发展和桥梁施工技术的日益进步,现代桥梁逐渐朝着高墩大跨方向发展。特别是在地形复杂的山区,变截面薄壁空心墩的施工技术、提高施工工效显得尤为重要。本文探讨了液压滑模、悬臂模板、液压爬模等施工技术在变截面薄壁空心墩施工中的应用,总结了关键施工环节的技术要点并提出优化设计,旨在提高变截面薄壁空心墩施工效率。 With the rapid development of traffic engineering and the increasing progress of bridge construction technology,modern bridges are gradually developing towards high piers and long spans.Especially in the mountainous area with complex terrain,the construction technology of variable cross-section thinwalled hollow pier and the improvement of construction efficiency are particularly important.In this paper,the application of hydraulic sliding mode,cantilever formwork,hydraulic climbing formwork and other construction technologies in the construction of variable cross-section thin-walled hollow piers is discussed.The technical points of key construction links are summarized and the optimal design is proposed to improve the construction efficiency of variable cross-section thinwalled hollow piers.
