摘要
针对现有的安全稳定控制系统通道故障定位方法存在的定位误差高、定位时间长的问题,设计基于全链路告警的安全稳定控制系统通道故障定位方法,应用全链路技术设计通道全链路监控平台,通过服务端全链路前端机的设置结合客户端全链路探针的运行结果了解各项服务的状况,以发现故障,并根据服务端全链路告警终端的监控结果对故障环节的相关链路进行告警,锁定故障区域;对故障区域的通道数据进行采集,将采集后的数据进行相模变换、小波变换处理,去除数据噪声,降低故障定位的误差;通过人工蜂群算法设计通道故障定位算法,结合处理后的数据完成系统中的通道故障定位。测试结果表明,设计方法的平均定位误差最高为30 cm,故障定位时间均低2 min,故障定位的准确性与效率较高,具有较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the problems of high positioning error and long positioning time in existing channel fault location methods for security and stability control systems, a channel fault location method for security and stability control systems based on full link alarm is designed, and a channel full link monitoring platform is designed using full link technology. The status of various services is understood through the setting of the server full link front-end machine and the operation results of the client full link probe to detect faults, And alerts the relevant links of the faulty link based on the monitoring results of the server full link alarm terminal, locking the fault area;Collect the channel data in the fault area, and process the collected data with phase modulus transform and wavelet transform to remove data noise and reduce the error of fault location;The channel fault location algorithm is designed through artificial bee colony algorithm, and the processed data is combined to complete the channel fault location in the system. The test results show that the average location error of the design method is up to 30 cm, and the fault location time is 2 minutes lower. The accuracy and efficiency of fault location are high, and the design method has good application effects.
