基于嵌入式的羽毛球自动发球机设计

摘要 为实现羽毛球发球机的多元化与智能化设计,研究提出一种将运动学模型、机械结构设计、电气设计以及嵌入式控制系统结合于一体的新型羽毛球自动发球机。研究结果显示,新型羽毛球自动发球机的落点集中在半径为35 cm的圆形区域中,且对应的羽毛球损伤率仅为2%,平均准确率为97.8%。在实际应用中,新型羽毛球自动发球机的疲劳寿命为1.87e+5次,并且98.6%的学生对新型羽毛球发球机的功能与性能非常满意。综上所述,研究提出的新型羽毛球自动发球机不仅具备常规发球机的基础功能,还具备落球集中、不损伤球和可玩性高等特色功能,推动羽毛球运动的发展。 In order to realize the diversification and intelligent design of badminton serve machine, a new type of badminton automatic serve machine which combines kinematics model, mechanical structure design, electrical design and embedded control system is proposed. The research results show that the landing points of the new badminton automatic serve machine are concentrated in a circular area with a radius of 35 cm, and the corresponding badminton damage rate is only 2%, with an average accuracy of 97.8%. In practical application, the fatigue life of the new badminton automatic service machine is 1.87e+5 times, and 98.6% of students are very satisfied with the function and performance of the new badminton service machine. To sum up, the new badminton automatic service machine proposed by the research not only has the basic functions of the conventional service machine, but also has the features of concentrated ball drop, no damage to the ball, and high playability, which promote the development of badminton.
