摘要
针对当前中药的近红外线检测及提取存在检测精度低等问题,研究建立近红外在线检测装置和提取设备双层模块化控制系统,并基于粒子群算法(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)对模糊PID进行优化,得到优化后的自动化控制模型。试验结果表明,采用改进PSO优化的模糊PID控制下,温度和压力曲线更加平滑,且响应速度加快,调节时间缩短。采用改进PSO对模糊PID进行优化后,与模糊PID控制模式相比,曲线超调量、稳态误差、响应时间和调节时间分别下降了4.15℃、88.09%、5.41%、60.52%。说明基于优化模糊PID的多功能中药提取设备的自动化控制的快速性、稳定性和精度得到了显著提升。
In response to the problem of low detection accuracy in the current near-infrared detection and extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, a two-layer modular control system for near-infrared online detection and extraction equipment is studied and established. The fuzzy PID is optimized based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to obtain an optimized automated control model. The experimental results show that under the improved PSO optimized fuzzy PID control, the temperature and pressure curves are smoother, the response speed is faster, and the adjustment time is shortened. After optimizing the fuzzy PID using improved PSO, compared with the fuzzy PID control mode, the curve overshoot, steady-state error, response time, and adjustment time decreased by 4.15 ℃, 88.09%, 5.41%, and 60.52%, respectively. The automation control of multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine extraction equipment based on optimized fuzzy PID has significantly improved its speed, stability, and accuracy.
