摘要
温控类柔性负荷作为一种有效的调度控制资源在电网的优化调度中有着重要的作用。为充分挖掘温控负荷对电网进行优化的价值和效果,研究以城市群建筑物为研究对象,构建了一种分级控制架构来对建筑群中的控制器进行分配,制定异质性TCL开关方案,满足负荷调度的周期性控制要求,并且对建筑间温控负荷调度容量协调控制进行建模。结果表明,分级控制架构下的调度容量控制偏差浮动在-5 kW~5 kW之间,各项调度容量偏差指标均优于传统的温控策略。综上,此次研究所构建的分级控制架构,能够有效优化温控类柔性负荷调度容量,提高电网的利用效率。
As an effective dispatching control resource,temperature control flexible load plays an important role in the optimal dispatching of power grid.In order to fully explore the value and effect of temperature control load on the optimization of power grid,the research takes the buildings in urban agglomeration as the research object,constructs a hierarchical control structure to distribute the controllers in the buildings,formulates a heterogeneous TCL switch scheme,meets the periodic control requirements of load dispatching,and models the coordinated control of temperature control load dispatching capacity between buildings.The results show that the control deviation of the dispatching capacity under the hierarchical control structure is between-5 and 5,and each deviation index of the dispatching capacity is better than the traditional temperature control strategy.To sum up,the hierarchical control structure built in this study can effectively optimize the load dispatching capacity,thus improving the load utilization effect of the power grid.
