基于数字化3D技术的机器人压缩感知图像智能控制系统

摘要 设计基于数字化3D技术的机器人压缩感知图像智能控制系统,提升图像压缩感知质量。该系统利用摄像头初始化模块,初始化处理CCD相机,确定CCD相机工作参数;通过投影仪向机器人投射基准结构光;采用摄像头时序控制模块,控制CCD相机采集机器人的畸变光栅条纹图像;机器人三维图像重建模块,利用数字化3D技术,依据采集的机器人畸变光栅条纹图像,重建机器人三维图像;通过静态随机存取存储器控制模块,存储机器人三维图像;机器人三维图像压缩感知控制模块以编码方式,压缩感知处理机器人三维图像;利用接口模块传输压缩感知结果至PC机,为用户呈现机器人压缩感知图像智能控制结果。实验证明:该系统可有效采集机器人机变光栅条纹图像,并重建机器人三维图像;该系统可有效压缩感知处理机器人三维图像;在不同图像尺寸时,该系统压缩感知后图像的峰值信噪比与压缩比均较高,即图像压缩感知质量较优,具备较优的图像压缩感知智能控制效果。 The intelligent control system of robot Compressed sensing image based on digital 3D technology is designed to improve the quality of image Compressed sensing.The system utilizes a camera initialization module to initialize and process the CCD camera and determine its operating parameters;The reference Structured light Three stripes are projected to the robot through the projector;Adopting a camera timing control module to control the CCD camera to capture distorted grating stripe images of the robot;The robot 3D image reconstruction module utilizes digital 3D technology to reconstruct the robot 3D image based on the collected distorted grating stripe images of the robot;The 3D image of the robot is stored through the Static random-access memory control module;The Compressed sensing control module of the robot 3D image processes the robot 3D image by Compressed sensing in the encoding mode;The interface module is used to transmit the Compressed sensing results to the PC to present the robot Compressed sensing image intelligent control results to the user.Experimental results have shown that this system can effectively collect robot machine variable grating stripe images and reconstruct robot 3D images;The system can effectively Compressed sensing robot 3D image processing;When the image size is different,the peak signal to noise ratio and compression ratio of the Compressed sensing image of the system are both high,that is,the image Compressed sensing quality is better,with better image Compressed sensing intelligent control effect.
