摘要
继电器触点广泛应用于保护自动化领域的控制电路中,其性能是评估继电器特性的一项重要指标。GB/T 14598.1和GB/T 14598.2仅对触点性能提出要求并无具体的试验方法,相关自动化试验设备的研究较为不足。以GB/T 14598.1与GB/T 14598.2作为继电器触点机械寿命和电寿命的试验依据,以单稳态、双稳态两种继电器类型的触点寿命为研究对象,模块化构建了一种自动化触点寿命试验设备。经连续实际运行,证明产品稳定,可靠,高效,能够满足GB/T 14598.1与GB/T 14598.2型式试验的需要。
Relay contacts are widely used in control circuits in the field of protection automation,and their performance is an important index to evaluate relay characteristics.GB/T 14598.1 and GB/T 14598.2 only put forward requirements for contact performance without specific test methods,and the research on relevant automatic test equipment is insufficient.Taking GB/T 14598.1 and GB/T 14598.2 as the test basis for the mechanical and electrical endurance of relay contacts,and taking the contact endurance of monostable and bistable relays as the research objects,automatic contact endurance test equipment is modularized.Through continuous practical operation,it is proved that the product is stable,reliable and efficient,and can meet the requirements of GB/T 14598.1 and GB/T 14598.2 type tests.
