摘要
针对现有光伏电池片生产中存在的数据信息采集量大、采集不方便、分析工作量大等难题,开发基于RFID技术的光伏电池片生产追溯系统。通过在电池片载体花篮上安装RFID芯片及在加工设备上安装RFID读写器,追溯电池片生产工序工位信息;通过检测模块实时检测电池片缺损并生成虚拟ID,写入RFID芯片,实现单片电池片生产数据的追踪和分析。研发出一套光伏电池片生产数据采集与运用系统,涵盖光伏电池片从物料到成品、检测、打包、入库等全过程管理环节,并与各车间的生产设备、控制系统及检测系统全面对接;系统具备大数据可视化分析和辅助决策功能,可自动完成生产数据的统计与分析,实现完整的数据链管理。目前该系统已运用于江苏多个光伏电池片生产企业,系统运行稳定。相较于传统的数据记录方式更直观、形象、便捷,优良的可读性也便于公司把握整体的生产进度,优化生产体系,创造更高效益,推动了企业智能化发展。
In view of the existing problems in the production of photovoltaic cells,such as large amount of data collection,inconvenient collection and heavy analysis workload,a photovoltaic cell production traceability system based on RFID technology is developed.By installing RFID chips on the battery carrier flower basket and installing RFID readers on the processing equipment,the station information of the production process of the battery is traced.Through the detection module,the defect of the battery is detected in real time and virtual ID is generated,which is written into the RFID chip to track and analyze the production data of the single battery.Developed a set of photovoltaic cell production data collection and application system,covering the whole process management of photovoltaic cells from materials to finished products,testing,packaging,warehousing,etc.,and fully docking with the production equipment,control system and inspection system of each workshop;The system has the functions of big data visualization analysis and auxiliary decision making,which can automatically complete the statistics and analysis of production data and realize the complete data link management.At present,the system has been applied to many photovoltaic cell production enterprises in Jiangsu,and the system runs stably.Compared with the traditional data recording method,it is more intuitive,graphic and convenient,and its excellent readability also facilitates the company to grasp the overall production schedule,optimize the production system,create higher benefits,and promote the intelligent development of enterprises.
