摘要 针对在线静电检测过程中检测精度低,维护性差,不能在高危场所使用的缺点,设计了一套基于动态电容测量原理的静电在线检测仪表,该仪表利用动态电容测量原理实现对静电的在线测量,利用本安防爆设计满足在高危场所的使用需求,并通过实验验证了该仪表的精度和稳定性。该仪表的开发和应用,可以及时发现和消除静电隐患,预防静电引起的事故,为静电安全防范管理提供了一种有效的手段,提高生产安全性。 In response to the shortcomings of low detection accuracy,poor maintenance,and inability to use in high-risk areas during online static electricity detection,a set of static electricity online detection instruments based on dynamic capacitance measurement principle is designed.This instrument utilizes dynamic capacitance measurement principle to achieve online measurement of static electricity,and utilizes intrinsic safety explosion-proof design to meet the use needs in high-risk areas.The accuracy and stability of this instrument have been verified through experiments.The development and application of this instrument can timely detect and eliminate static electricity hazards,prevent accidents caused by static electricity,provide an effective means for static electricity safety prevention management,and improve production safety.
