摘要
三坐标测量机在航空发动机零部件检测中,往往因为三坐标选择的型号(含精度)、测量功能、测量方法等因素造成测量数据不准确、测量效率低等。为了能够提高三坐标测量机在航空发动机零部件检测中的应用效果,对三坐标测量机发展进行了简要介绍,并针对三坐标测量机在航空发动机零部件检测应用中存在的这些问题,从航空发动机零部件特点、三坐标测量机检测航空发动机零部件的具体测量方法出发,本文提出了一些在现场特别适用的运用指导方法,希望可以改进三坐标测量机在航空发动机零部件检测中的应用效果。
In the testing of aero engine parts,Coordinate Measurement Machine(CMM)often results in inaccurate measurement data and low measurement efficiency because of the model(including accuracy),measurement function and measurement method selected by CMM.In order to improve the application effect of CMM in aero engine parts inspection,the development of CMM is briefly introduced,and these problems exist in the application of CMM in aero engine parts inspection are discussed.Based on the characteristics of aero engine parts and the specific measurement methods of CMM testing aero engine parts,some special application guidance methods are put forward.It is hoped that the application effect of CMM in aero engine parts inspection can be improved.
