摘要
为解决沥青路面裂缝罩面后再反射开裂的问题,提出沥青路面裂缝的新型浇筑式快速处治技术,研发了新型浇筑式沥青混合料(Ultra-High Performance Casting Asphalt, UHCA),并对技术方案和施工工艺进行了系统研究。结果表明:研制的UHCA-13兼具良好的抗车辙性能、抗裂性能、密水性能和抗疲劳性能;经实体工程验证,裂缝新型浇筑式快速处治技术施工机械化程度高、施工效率高、可操作性强;该技术能以最少的材料增大裂缝反射再开裂的穿透层厚度,大大延缓甚至消除沥青路面反射再开裂,社会经济效益显著,应用前景广阔。
In order to solve the problem of reflective cracking of asphalt pavement cracks after overlaying,this paper proposes a new rapid treatment technology for asphalt pavement cracks,develops a new type asphalt mixture(Ultra-high Performance Casting Asphalt,UHCA),and systematically studies the technical scheme and construction technology.The results show that the developed UHCA-13 has good rutting resistance,crack resistance,water tightness and fatigue resistance.It is verified by entity engineering that the new pouring rapid treatment technology for cracks demonstrated high mechanization degree,high construction efficiency and strong operability.This technology can increase the thickness of the penetrating layer of reflective re-cracking with the least material,greatly delay or even eliminate the reflective re-cracking of asphalt pavement,with remarkable social and economic benefits and broad application prospects.
