杀菌一般要分预热、加热、冷却几个段来完成杀菌任务,在这几个段中均为同一物料介质,而一旦参数发生了变化,所使用的预热、加热或冷却的介质也会发生改变,所以传热系数也就不可能完全一样,本文进行阐述。
