华南东江流域乡村建筑遗产保护:困境与出路

Conservation of Rural Architectural Heritage in the Dongjiang River Basin of South China:Dilemmas and Approaches

文章以华南东江流域的乡村建筑遗产为研究对象,对不可移动文物名录中以及名录外的遗产进行对比研究,从数量、特征、保护现状等多个方面开展分析,针对保护级别较低和未被列入保护名录的遗产对象,指出东江流域乡村建筑遗产保护中存在价值判断与保护政策的逻辑悖论、制度惯性下产权边界的约束,以及经济投入与价值实现的矛盾这三个维度的困境,并揭示了这些困境的形成逻辑。在此基础上,提出拓展遗产名录,增加“乡村历史建筑片区”保护层级,优化宅基地制度等改善路径与建议。

Focusing on rural architectural heritage in the Dongjiang River Basin in South China,this article presents a comparative study on heritage both on and off the immovable cultural relics list,covering aspects such as quantity,characteristics,and conservation status.It then points out the dilemmas faced by the lower-level and off-list architectural heritage in the rural areas of Dongjiang River Basin.These dilemmas include the logical paradox between value assessments and conservation policies,the limitations imposed by property rights boundaries due to institutional inertia,and the contradiction between economic costs and the realisation of values.The article further reveals the logic behind the formation of these dilemmas.Based on these analyses,this article raises targeted approaches and suggestions,such as expanding the heritage list,adding the conservation rank of the‘rural historic building area’,and improving the homestead system.
