摘要
为研究橡胶改性沥青混合料参数与降噪效果的关系,文中通过室内轮胎自由下落法,研究沥青用量、胶粉掺量、4.75 mm筛孔通过率对橡胶改性沥青降噪性能的影响,并确定各参数的推荐范围,结果表明:①随着沥青用量、胶粉掺量的增大,混合料降噪性能提升,振动衰减系数增加,胎-路振动噪声减小;②随着4.75 mm关键筛孔通过率的减小,混合料降噪性能提升,表面构造深度增大,胎-路泵吸噪声减小;③结合基本路用试验及降噪试验结果,确定橡胶改性沥青混合料参数的推荐范围为:沥青用量6.2%~6.9%、胶粉掺量19%~23.4%、4.75 mm筛孔通过率28.1%~30.5%。
In order to study the relationship between the parameters of rubber-modified asphalt mixture and the noise reduction effect,the influence of asphalt dosage,rubber powder content and 4.75 mm screen pass rate on the noise reduction performance of rubber-modified asphalt was studied by using indoor tire free fall method,and the recommended range of each parameter was determined.The results were as follows:①With the increase of asphalt dosage and rubber powder content,the noise reduction performance of the mixture was improved,the vibration attenuation coefficient was increased,and the tire-road vibration noise was reduced;②With the decrease of the 4.75 mm key screen passing rate,the noise reduction performance of the mixture was improved,the depth of the surface structure was increased,and the noise absorption of the tire-channel pump was reduced;③Based on the results of basic road test and noise reduction test,the recommended range of parameters of rubber-modified asphalt mixture was determined as follows:asphalt dosage 6.2%to 6.9%,rubber powder content 19%to 23.4%,and 4.75 mm sieve passing rate 28.1%to 30.5%.
