摘要
以碳纳米管和水性聚氨酯为主要组分合成导电油墨,制备导电涂层棉织物。研究了碳纳米管质量分数对油墨导电性能的影响,探讨了涂层整理次数对导电涂层棉织物微观形貌和宏观性能的影响规律,并测试了导电涂层棉织物的耐水洗/耐摩擦性能和热稳定性能。结果表明:涂层棉织物具有良好的导电和电磁屏蔽性能;当碳纳米管质量分数为20%,涂层整理4次制备的导电涂层棉织物电导率达到16.9 S/m,在X波段的平均屏蔽效能为27.3 dB,且表现出优良的拉伸性能、透气性和功能稳定性。
Conductive ink is synthesized using carbon nanotubes and waterborne polyurethane as the main com⁃ponents for preparing conductive coated cotton fabric.The effect of carbon nanotubes content on conductivity of ink is investigated,and the influence of coating finishing cycles on the microscopic morphologies and macro⁃scopic properties of the conductive coated cotton fabric is explored.The washing/friction resistance and ther⁃mal stability of the conductive coated cotton fabric are tested.The results show that the coated cotton fabric exhibits favorable conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance.When the mass fraction of carbon nanotube is 20%,the conductivity of conductive coated cotton fabric prepared after 4 coating cycles reaches 16.9 S/m,and the average shielding efficiency in the X-band is 27.3 dB.It exhibits excellent tensile perfor⁃mance,breathability and functional stability.
